The second Article is on a recent judgement of the Hon’ble Supreme Court, on the Rights of a Senior Citizen under, Section 23 of the Maintenance and Welfare of the Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, to revoke the transfer a property, if the transferee/donee fails to adhere to the condition to maintain the transferor/Donor. It is an interesting read.
